Winnie Harlow, a model and activist who was born with the skin condition vitiligo, walked on the runway for Moschino’s show during New York Fashion Week. Her outfit consisted of an orange dress printed with various images from popular cartoons like Spongebob Squarepants and Pokemon Go!

Winnie Harlow put on a colorful display at Moschino’s NYFW show as she strutted down the runway in her kooky cartoon print dress that resembled characters such as Spongebob Squarepants or Pikachu. The fashion week guest has been diagnosed by doctors since childhood to have congenital pigmented macules which causes patches of depigmentation due to autoimmune damage—the condition is called vitiligo .
