Will educational institutions close or not? Judgment expected today

A decision on whether to close schools is likely to be made today in view of the second wave of Corona and growing cases across the country.

Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood has said that a meeting of provincial education ministers will be held today in which a decision regarding educational institutions will be taken.

The decisions of the meeting will be announced by Federal Minister Shafqat through a press conference at 12:30 pm.

It is to be noted that coronavirus is spreading rapidly across the country due to which 34 more people have died from corona virus in the last 24 hours in the country while 2756 more people have been confirmed with the virus.

According to the official portal, the number of deaths due to corona cases in Pakistan has reached 7696 while the total number of cases has reached 376929.
