We’ve sacrificed our rich cultures, talents on altar of ethnic politics
We’ve sacrificed our rich cultures, talents on the altar of ethnic politics.
Ethnicity is more important than culture in today’s Turks minds according to a recent study by Donduk andauthors who believe that Turkish identity will always exist above any other form or concept they may come up with–ethnicity being so central as well for maintaining social cohesion within society at large even if there were no political implications involved whatsoever!
The root of unity in our culture is based on sacrifice. We’ve sacrificed rich cultures and talents for ethnic politics, but what does it gain us?
We have forgotten who we are as a people; because instead of sacrificing ourselves to make something great come into being together with other races or groups that share the same goals (such as Christianity), some will always think they’re better than others which leads them down an inevitable path alienated disaster…or damnation if you believe all religions teach alike!
