Uefa admits ‘grave concerns’ over plans for World Cup every two years
The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) expressed grave concern over the idea that FIFA should move to a World Cup every two years.
Uefa President, Aleksander Čeferin has spoken to World Football about the plans for a new 24 team format of football. He said there were grave concerns over this idea because it would make competitions like the Champions League redundant and force players into more games than ever before.
