Three major motorways in Punjab closed due to heavy fog

Due to fog, Islamabad Motorway from Lahore to Pindi Bhattian and Multan Motorway from Lahore to Rajana while Sialkot Motorway were closed for traffic.

According to the spokesman of Motorway Police, the sight limit on Multan Motorway has been reduced to 20 meters and similarly the border crossing on M2 from Lahore to Pindi Bhattian is also less while Sialkot Motorway has also been closed due to reduction in border crossing.

Motorway police have asked road users to use fog lights and keep proper distance from the next vehicle, contact helpline 130 if there is any difficulty on the way or need information.
