The Prime Minister nominated Mirza Afridi for the post of Deputy Chairman Senate

Election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman Senate for which political activities are on the rise in the city government, Prime Minister Imran Khan gave lunch to the senators of government and allied parties.

Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani and Federal Ministers also attended the luncheon. Sadiq Sanjrani gave a briefing on the numbers game while Imran Khan took the participants in confidence on the nomination of Deputy Chairman.

The meeting considered the names of Mirza Afridi, Faisal Javed, Ejaz Chaudhry and Waleed Iqbal, after which the Prime Minister nominated Mirza Afridi.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister recalled Federal Law Minister Forough Naseem.
