Tesla’s new feature to let drivers play video games in autopilot raises serious safety concerns

Tesla just rolled out a new feature that allows drivers to play video games while their car is in autopilot. In his new blog post, Tesla CEO Elon Musk explains that the new feature was designed to make long-distance trips more fun and productive. The driver can take their hands off of the wheel and let the car take over. The car’s sensors will detect if they are not paying attention and will require them to hold the wheel again. However, the feature has made serious safety concerns.
