Star Wars Eclipse Fans Are Staging A Protest Against Quantic Dream’s Involvement

A group of Star Wars fans have started a petition to cancel the upcoming Star Wars game from Quantic Dream, claiming that David Cage and his team “have no idea how to make a Star Wars game.” The petition, which you can find  here , has already managed to gather more than 4,000 signatures, but this is not the first time that we hear complains about the game. David Cage, the founder of Quantic Dream, recently stated that the game will focus more on the characters and their struggles than the action, which is probably one of the reasons why fans are so furious. The game is currently scheduled for a 2022 release.
Star Wars is among the most successful film series in history, and the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens is expected to do similar business to that of its predecessors. Star Wars: Battlefront is a game that will follow the movie, and will feature the same characters and Universe. The game is the work of a French developer called Quantic Dream, and their involvement has attracted the ire of Star Wars fans who are staging protests outside the studio’s offices.
