Lahore: In Islampura, an unfortunate only son injured an old mother with a sharp knife.

According to neighbors, Usman, the only son of 65-year-old widow Shahnaz, cut his mother’s hair and injured her with a sharp instrument. The elderly woman was rushed to hospital in critical condition.

Neighbors say that the accused had tortured his mother a few days back. Police say the suspect appears to be in a coma and has been taken into custody.  According to the police, the mother of the accused is being contacted and if the mother applies, legal action will be taken.
