Shaun Masood took the team to the final

Captain Shaun Masood’s unbeaten 78-run innings has taken Southern Punjab to the final of the National T20 Cup.

In the match played at Pindi Cricket Stadium Rawalpindi, Southern Punjab defeated defending champions Northern by a huge margin of 7 wickets.

Captain Shaun Masood played an important role in the team’s victory by playing a responsible innings of unbeaten 78 runs off 58 balls. He laid the groundwork for the victory by chasing 161 runs with wicketkeeper-batsman Zeeshan Ashraf scoring 91 runs. Zeeshan Ashraf scored 55 runs and was caught by Shadab Khan on the ball of Musa Khan.
