Senior bureaucrat Akbar Durrani appointed anti-drug secretary

The federal government has appointed senior bureaucrat Akbar Durrani as anti-drug secretary, awaiting his appointment in the Establishment Division.

The federal government has recently appointed senior bureaucrat Akbar Hussain Durrani as anti-drug secretary. The Establishment Division has issued a formal notification of his appointment.

Akbar Hussain Durrani has previously held various posts in the four provinces.

Akbar Hussain Durrani is an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service Grade 22. He was awaiting appointment in Establishment Division. Earlier, Akbar Hussain Durrani was also the Federal Secretary Information and Broadcasting, Secretary Inter-Provincial Coordination and Chief Secretary Balochistan.
