She is adamant she will keep up her TV and film schedule until her baby is born – which could be as late as spring next year.

The 47-year-old was crowned Strictly champion on Saturday night, alongside dance partner Artem Chigvintsev, following a tense finale against fellow contestants Ore Oduba and Joanne Clifton. The couple sent the studio audience wild with their final performance, which saw them complete the show with a perfect 40/40 score. The Mirror reports that, while it is not yet known exactly when she will quit the soap, it is likely to be in the coming months.
