Punjab government decides to close shops at 6 pm

LAHORE: The Punjab government has decided to close shops at 6 pm to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

According to sources, the decision of Punjab Hikmat to close shops at 6 pm has been taken due to non-compliance of SOPs of Corona.

Opposition to the decision of the Lahore Chamber
The Lahore Chamber of Commerce has opposed the government’s decision to close shops at 6 pm.

Lahore Chamber President Tariq Misbah said that the decision to close the shops at 6 pm would increase the rush in the markets, time should not be reduced, traders would follow the Corona SOPs 100%.
