PDM will not leave way for fake government in by-elections: Maryam
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has said that the opposition Ittehad Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will not leave the way open for a fake government in the by-elections.
Talking to media after the summit of PDM’s Jati Umrah, Maryam Nawaz said that talks for Senate elections are still going on and they will decide when the time is near.
He said that if everyone in the PDM agrees, they will contest the Senate elections and if not, they will not contest. The weather for the long march and its workers have to be taken into consideration.
The PML-N vice-president said that there could be a joint candidate of PDM in the by-elections but it has not been discussed yet. It is the job of the people to send the government home.
He said that Mian Sahib had said that the gift he had given to Pakistan, take it back.
In response to a question, Maryam said that an attempt was being made to contact another job.
It may be recalled that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has announced to contest the by-elections while the Senate elections will be decided later.
