Next year’s T20 World Cup may move from India to UAE: Wasim Khan
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief executive Wasim Khan has said that next year’s T20 World Cup could be shifted from India to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In an interview, Wasim Khan said that there is still some element of uncertainty due to the corona virus, a clear picture will come by April.
He questioned whether India would be in a position to host the event because of Covarna.
Wasim Khan said the PCB chairman had written to the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to issue visas for the issuance of visas. Awaiting written confirmation from CCI.
