New Zealand’s Greg Barclay elected new ICC chairman
New Zealand cricket representative Greg Barclay has been elected the new chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Greg Barclay has replaced Shashank Manohar, who resigned this year, as ICC chairman.
Barclays will step down as New Zealand captain before taking over as ICC chairman.
It may be recalled that ICC Chairman Shashank Manohar resigned from his post in July this year.
Former Indian Cricket Board president Shashank Manohar has twice been chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC) for a two-year term.
