Muhammad Ali Durrani’s meeting with Shahbaz Sharif in jail raises suspicions: Shahid Khaqan
Former Prime Minister and senior vice president of PML-N Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that meeting in jail does not take place without the consent of the government.
Talking on Geo News program ‘Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Ke Saath’, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the meeting between Muhammad Ali Durrani and Shahbaz Sharif was a matter of suspicion.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the meeting in jail does not take place without the consent and permission of the government but this meeting will not affect the politics of PML-N.
He said that Shahbaz Sharif takes all decisions in consultation with his party and decisions are taken at the PDM summit.
It may be recalled that Muhammad Ali Durrani, leader of the ruling coalition Muslim League-Functional, had met Shahbaz Sharif in Kot Lakhpat Jail two days ago.
