The 20-year-old islander has been updating her Instagram followers on her progress and shared a snap on Tuesday of her posing in the gym. In the snap, Molly-Mae, who is dating Tommy Fury, looks in great shape and has showed off her recent surgery results. She showed off her toned abs in the image and wore a short skirt along with a white tee.
