Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher says Mohamed Salah is now clear of Sadio Mane
Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has finally spoken out about the transfer of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane. He praises their contribution to Liverpool, but says they need a fully fit Alberto Moreno for next season otherwise it will be tough on defense in order win trophies again
“We needed more stability at defender positions because with Karius being young – that was always going to happen eventually,” said The Former Defender’s recently retired teammate Paul Ince “But now we have three big problems: Dejan Lovren had his cruciate ligament injury which gave us no one else really playing there; Joe Gomez got injured as well so he may miss some games too – even though Jurgen Klopp played him across ninety minutes against Arsenal before Christmas.”
Jamie Carragher has praised Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, saying that he is now clear of Sadio Mane.
– The former Reds defender says the Egyptian international needs to focus on his own game in order for Liverpool FC’s partnership with their star winger be successful
“He can’t rely so much on him because then it would become a one-man show,” said Jamie after Mo scored another two goals against Spurs at Anfield last weekend; “It was incredible.”
