Leetonia’s first game will also be on turf

Leetonia’s first game will be on turf, but it won’t feel like the fresh-cut grass that is normal for football fields. Instead of being bright green with white lines and numbers marking where players are allowed to go, this field will have a dark black checkered pattern with red markings.

Leetonia’s sports teams aren’t playing their games at Beaver Valley High School anymore – they’re going digital! Leetonias’ first game was also played under these new rules as well; instead of having real life referees who take up space around 40 yards away from each team (and can get hit by errant balls), there were virtual refs whose only responsibility was watching out for any violation

Leetonia’s first game will also be on turf, which they are excited about. They have been practicing hard all summer and can’t wait to show off their new skills!
