Large terrorist network destroyed in Bajaur, 2 key commanders killed

Security forces destroyed a large terrorist network in Bajaur and killed two key commanders.

According to a statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an intelligence operation in Tangi village of Bajaur district, killing Zubair and Aziz-ur-Rehman alias Fida, key commanders of the terrorists.

According to ISPR, the slain terrorists were involved in terrorist activities in Bajaur and Karachi. The slain terrorists were involved in terrorist activities against government officials and civilians.

According to ISPR, the network was assisting in terrorist activities in different areas. The terrorist network was taking instructions directly from RAW across the border.
