Jojo Siwa Reveals Most TERRIFYING Day Of Her Life

Jojo Siwa is reminiscing on the scariest day of her life in a brand new interview, and what she considers to be a traumatic event might have fans in total shock. We all remember where we were the day Jojo Siwa debuted her jaw-dropping James Charles makeup transformation, featuring some serious smokey eye, insane contour and a bold lip. We’re not even

kidding when we say “jaw-dropping” because clearly this look was so far out of Jojo’s typical brand featuring bows and sparkles, but she looked STUNNING nonetheless.  James featured Jojo on his channel back in August to give her a full makeover after two years of begging her to collab, and although Jojo did admit to this being her “dream and nightmare” at the same time, she took on the challenge like a champ! Once James was finished, Jojo had only great things to say

about the dramatic new look, but continued to stress that it was so off brand for her: “No, you did do really good. The makeup is stunning, it’s very pretty. It’s obviously… it’s not me, I mean you know how I showed up here, in sparkles and bright pink and neon and rainbow. But it is really pretty.” Fast forward a few months later and Jojo caught up with host

Carissa Culiner of E!’s Daily Pop to chat about her collab with James, and although she once again admitted that the transformation was “very pretty,” Jojo went on to admit that it was also the “scariest day of her life.” “I was terrified! Umm, no, honestly it was really, really, really, really, fun and it was something really, really, really, really, really different.

But that day was the scariest day of my life.” Jojo went on to explain why exactly the collaboration was so scary for her, saying QUOTE, “I don’t like different things. I don’t like looking different, I don’t like eating different, I don’t like doing anything different. I don’t like different things. I like to stick to the plan. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” Following the

makeover, both Jojo and James actually received backlash for collaborating together, to the point where James claimed he received death threats immediately after the video was posted.    He took to Twitter to address the criticism, writing QUOTE, “I said today’s collab was with someone I waited two years to work with & I was so excited for and now I’m

getting death threats because stan Twitter assumed it would be their fav and it wasn’t. There are a TON of huge artists I’d love to film with one day, be patient!” A few months before the shoot, fans questioned why Jojo would tease different looks, including dark hair and wearing her hair down, to which she said, “Recently, I’ve been showing myself looking

different — not the classic rainbow, sparkles and side ponytail with a JoJo bow. I’ve been hated on for YEARS for dressing ‘young’ and acting ‘childish.’ People think this is me changing.
