ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif a fugitive in Azizia and Avonfield references.

A bench of Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani in the Islamabad High Court heard the appeals of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif against his conviction in Azizia and Avonfield references.

Nawaz Sharif did not appear despite the summons, while Foreign Office Director Europe Mubashir Khan recorded his statement in court.
