Former Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali shifted to ventilator due to ill health

Former Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali was shifted to a ventilator due to ill health.

According to sources, the former prime minister was admitted to the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) in Rawalpindi after his condition deteriorated, where he was shifted to a ventilator.

Sources said that Mir Zafarullah Jamali has been tested for corona and is now awaiting a report. He also had corona in May this year. Besides, he is also suffering from kidney disease and heart disease.

PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi have prayed for Mir Zafarullah Jamali’s speedy recovery.

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has also appealed to the nation to pray for the speedy recovery of Mir Zafarullah Jamali.

It may be recalled that Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali has been the 15th Prime Minister of the country from November 23, 2002 to June 26, 2004.
