Former Naval Chief Admiral (retd) Fasih Bukhari has passed away

ISLAMABAD: Former Naval Chief Admiral (retd) Fasih Bukhari has passed away.

Confirming the death of Fasih Bukhari, the family of the former Amir-ul-Bahr said that the funeral prayers of the former naval chief would be offered at Chak Shahzad tomorrow.

Retired Admiral Fasih Bukhari was the Chief of the Pakistan Navy from May 1997 to October 1999 and then the Chief of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from October 2011 to May 2013.

Fasih Bukhari was born in 1942 and served in the Pakistan Navy from 1959 to 1999.
