Former national hockey team captain Olympian Abdul Rashid Jr. has died

Former national hockey captain Olympian Abdul Rashid Jr. has died at the age of 79. Rashid Jr. was the best center forward of his time.

According to details, former captain of national hockey team Olympian Abdul Rashid Jr. has passed away. He was part of the winning Pakistan team in the 1971 Hockey World Cup.

Funeral prayers will be offered in Bannu. The hockey family including Pakistan Hockey Federation expressed condolences.
