Failing by-election in Nowshera, Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Peshawar today

Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Peshawar today on the failure of Nowshera by-election.

During his one-day visit to Peshawar, Prime Minister Imran Khan will hold consultations on party affairs. The reasons for the failure of PK-63 will be communicated to the Prime Minister. After the failure in PK-63, Pervez Khattak’s brother Liaquat Khattak has already been removed from the provincial cabinet and the defeat has caused differences in the PTI.

The Prime Minister’s visit to Peshawar is also scheduled to include meetings with the provincial cabinet and members of the Assembly, while meetings with the Chief Minister and the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also be held in which the affairs of the provincial government will be briefed. There will also be consultations on reshuffling the provincial cabinet.

According to sources, the Prime Minister will meet the members of the Assembly to discuss the success of the candidates in the Senate elections and formulate a strategy.
