Corona: In Punjab also, sitting and eating in hotels and restaurants is banned

LAHORE: The Punjab government has banned eating inside hotels, restaurants and cafes to prevent corona virus.

According to a notification issued by the Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare, hotels, restaurants and cafes will be arranged for meals outside SOPs and social distance.

According to the notification, adequate spacing will be maintained between tables and chairs while corona SOPs will also be required in open spaces.

The notification said that SOPs such as wearing masks and frequent hand washing would be strictly followed.
