Corona: All educational institutions across the country will be closed from today till January 10

As the second wave of Corona intensified, educational institutions across the country were closed from today.

Recently, after the Education Ministers Conference, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood had announced the closure of educational institutions across the country from November 26.

According to the announcement of the Federal Minister of Education, all schools, colleges, universities and madrassas will remain closed from today till December 24 while vocational training centers will remain open.

In addition, all examinations in December have been postponed.

There will be online classes until December 24, followed by a winter break until January 10, after which the situation will be reviewed in the first week of January and a decision will be made to reopen the institution from January 11.

On the other hand, educational institutions in Balochistan will remain closed till February 28.
