Central Jail officials send letter to General Hospital for Shahbaz Sharif’s medical tests
LAHORE: A letter has been sent to the hospital administration for the medical tests of PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif.
On the recommendation of the Medical Board, the officials of Central Jail Lahore have sent a letter to the General Hospital management for the medical tests of Opposition Leader Shahbaz Sharif, which has been sent by the Medical Officer of Central Jail Lahore.
The letter said a six-member medical board set up to look into the health of opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif, arrested in the NAB case, had conducted routine blood tests, ECGs, chest X-rays, abdominal CT scans and back pain. MRI has been suggested, so time should be given for Shahbaz Sharif’s tests.
It may be recalled that the Lahore High Court had rejected PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif’s request for extension of interim bail in a money laundering case on which the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had arrested him from the courtroom.
