A CCTV video of the murder of Maulana Dr Adil Khan, the superintendent of Farooqia University, who was killed in a firing incident in Karachi, has come to light.
According to Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in-charge Raja Umar Khattab, the footage shows three accused riding a motorcycle while there may be more people on backup. According to in-charge CTD Raja Umar Khattab, this is a conspiracy of sectarianism.
On the other hand, the police have started investigation into the incident and according to immediate details, Maulana Adil’s car was parked at a sweet shop in Shah Faisal and as soon as the car stopped, the accused on a motorcycle got down and opened fire on the car. Adil Khan and his driver were killed.

Police officials said that three persons including Maulana Adil, Maqsood and Umair were in the vehicle in which the firing took place. When the vehicle came to a halt, Umair went to buy sweets from a sweet shop at Shama Shopping Center. Of firing
According to the police, it appears that the terrorists were chasing them, 5 shells of 9mm were found on the spot, 3 attackers were riding on the motorcycle and the attackers were parked in the opposite direction of the motorcycle.
