This increase in revenue is anticipated as it coincides with new developments, commercial space availability on The Square downtown area (including Kimpton’s Hotel And Conference Center), additions of parking garages near UT Medical Branch Institute which opened last month among other factors . These upgrades should help improve our quality-of tenure here at home while simultaneously attracting more visitors!
