Bahria Town Case: Commission Tishki to spend Rs 460 billion on Sindh development tasks
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court docket (SC) has dominated on petitions looking for cost of Rs 460 billion to the federation or Sindh within the Bahria City implementation case.
The court docket granted the request of the Lawyer Normal to arrange a fee and arrange a fee to spend Rs 460 billion on growth tasks in Sindh.
The court docket in its judgment stated that the 11-member fee could be headed by the Supreme Court docket and would come with a consultant of the Governor and Chief Minister of Sindh. The Sindh Board and the consultant Auditor Normal may even be a part of the fee.
